Queen O. Ndukwe is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses on dispute resolution and complex commercial litigation, where she represents a diverse range of businesses in various stages of litigation in both federal and state courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Queen served as the assistant law clerk to Hon. Sharon A.M. Aarons, Associate Justice of the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department. Before her clerkship, she represented clients in various commercial matters, including bankruptcy, real estate litigation and foreclosure.
Queen also previously worked in Nigeria, where she represented banks and other financial institutions in judgment debt recovery matters and other commercial disputes. Queen is a member of the arbitration committee of the New York City Bar Association. She is also an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
Queen is licensed to practice law in New York and Nigeria.
